We are an authorized agent and carry out the recruiting activities in Nepal on behalf of the employers under the rules & regulation of the Department of Labor, Government of Nepal. On receipt of any authenticate vacancy demand from Overseas Employer; application to the Director General of Labor Department has to be made with below mentioned documents.

  1. Demand Letter : A true and duly authenticated copy from the employer disclosing all details of the vacancy.

  2. Power of Attorney : A Power of Attorney duly authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Labor & Chamber of Commerce from the country of employer.

  3. Employment Contract Paper: A specimen copy of employment contact / service agreement disclosing all the benefits, facilities and perks.

  4. Guarantee Letter: A Guarantee Letter duly authenticated by Nepalese Embassy in the country of employer.

  5. Consular Letter: A copy of visa advice/entry permit/NOC/Consular letter etc. duly authenticated (Required for K.S. Saudi Arabia)

  6. Agency Agreement: This is an agreement between Employer and the Recruitment agency.

Note:

  • These documents should be authenticated / attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs/ Labor or the Chamber of Commerce of the employer's country and Nepalese Embassy in the country.

  • The documents related to the items (A-B-C-D-E-F) and other related documents could be prepared by Destiny HR Nepal (P) Ltd. and send to Employer upon approval of our proposal.
